How long can tickets purchased online be used? - Annual passes can be used for 12 months, 10 and 20 suitable passes for 6 months, spa tickets and wellness vouchers for 3 months, and Millennium Park tickets and program packages for 2 months from the date of purchase.

Tip: the system sends an automatic message to the customer before the validity period expires.

Its validity period will soon expire, is it possible to extend it? - Yes, we provide a one-time possibility to postpone the expiration date by 1 month, if it is indicated in advance. We are unable to fulfill subsequent requests. Thank you for your understanding!

I accidentally deleted the purchased tickets from my emails or I bought the tickets but only received the invoice, what should I do in this case? - Contact the Tourist Office in Mórahalom at the e-mail address tdm@morahalom.hu and the tickets will be sent again

Usage

How can I use the tickets? - Presented electronically or in printed form.

How does the use of program packages work? - After making a purchase, you must contact the service providers where you need to log in, and take into account the opening hours. It is not necessary to visit all program locations on the same day, the program elements can be used at any time within the validity period.

How many people can use a pass at the same time? - One pass at a time max. Provides entry for 2 people. If a pass is suitable for 10, it can be used a total of 5 times for 2 people.
